I don't have a number set as my goal, so I figure weight loss is weight loss, no matter what I had for my original number. It's a little annoying though!
Just take your measurements, BMore. Loss there is what really counts, right!

IA: I scheduled a visit to the GP and then had to change it an hour later because...

UP: I now have a job interview at that time!

IA: I think my infection isn't improving.

UP: At least it seems to not be worsening. Think I'll go back to the doctor next week.

Ugh. I wish we lived closer together so we could sit around and moan about our infections together! I really hope you feel better soon, MLG. (((HUGS)))

Me too. Get better, you.  [smiley=hug.gif]

You could eat all my chocolate that I am not allowed due to dairy restrictions. :( We seem to be infection queens at the moment.  :-\\\\

IA: still  feeling rubbish  >:(

UP: supportive hubby tried to find mags for me so that I can read them in bed in between sleeps.   [smiley=smitten.gif]

IA:  Looking around during the open mic last night and realized a bunch of middle-aged greying / balding men are now a big part of my social circle and I'm a part of that age group, too (hubs is the youngest of the bunch).

UP:  I was OK with it!  :)

UP: My BF and I got two kittens yesterday (siblings: a ginger named Oliver, and a grey named Libby) and they're super cute and sweet and, well, kittens!

IA: they're not particularly socialized so the SSPCA ladies told us to keep them in a room where they can't hide and force them to play with us. They're fine when we're petting them  and we can get them to play, but every time we leave the room and come back they go back to cowering and trying to run away :(

Awww, good luck.  They're lucky to have you guys!

IA: We are SO BUSY. Seriously, we have had a total of two weekends "off" in...the last three months? And there is no end in sight.
UP: Oh well, at least we're getting a chance to hang out with our friends...but I will need some "me" time in November!

UP: A five-star hair salon in town needed models for a training day so I got a free haircut from the director of the salon!

IA: My first thought was that I look "very British". Eventually I tracked that thought down and realized that I look like Gwen Cooper (Eve Myles) from Torchwood. It's not even that I think she's unattractive (I don't!) it's just I wasn't expecting to have the same haircut.
