That information should be on the deed to the property.

It isn't on the mortgage statement - just the address. I also have the council housing tax receipts. If I understand correctly there is a "grade" for the size of the house. A,B,C, etc...andthat should be on there.

Its usually suggested that you inlclude a complete Table of Contents with your application to lay out what documents you are including.  Basically, just an organized list of your supporting documents.

Take a look at this to see what I mean by maintenance: http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/ecg/maintenanceaccommodation#17693600

Your wife must show that she can support you as a couple at least until you get a job and can add to the income.  If you have savings, this changes things a bit as this can take place of any shortages in income.

So is this the form or not? In a lower post you state it isnt?

There is no "form" re: maintanence.  The link I provided were maintanence requirements for you to read to see if you meet these requirements.

You can send mortgage statements OR the deed to prove home ownership.  The other information (ie how many people live in the house and how many rooms are in the house) will need to be included in the letter from your wife, as I stated above.  Some people also send photos of the home, but this is not required unless there is a concern that you are over the recommended accomodation.

The deed and the mortgage statement are different documents.
