Waaaah, I wasn't expecting George to actually go through with it!

Is anyone else hoping he'll come back as a ghost though? :P I really hope they do another series, as I'm rather looking forward to seeing Nina's wolf cub baby...

Absolutely!  Some are speculating - could he come back as a ghost?  Others say - ok maybe he did get some info off Herrick, or that Herrick lied, or there is going to be some other catch or new vampire 'rule' (heehee) they come up with to bring him back.  I mean these here are vampires we are talking about - who knows all their ancient vampire secrets?!  :P :)

Or maybe the 'Old Ones' know some old tricks?  Heh.

I don't see how anything different could have happened regarding
Spoiler: show
Mitchell's death.
I didn't find much surprising at all outside of
Spoiler: show
the guy from "head office"
.  Mr A and I were talking and we speculated that
Spoiler: show
Mitchell might be back as a ghost or Herrick could have been lying about coming back from a staking.  I really doubt that they are going to totally keep him gone, although it would kinda be nice if they did.
Not for eye candy value (which would of course benefit from the opposite. :P), but it would be the right thing in terms of story lines.

The one thing I don't like about this program is how they try to put moral ambiguity into most of the characters and fail 80% of the time.  I think it really
Spoiler: show
wore Mitchell's character thin.  It also destroyed any value to Lacy Turner's character IMO.  The realisation and shift was too quick.  A minute or two more or just something else would have made things a lot better.

That said this program is about 100 times better than most supernatural fiction out in the past few decades, both in terms of writing, and in the case of things making it to telly or film, acting and suck you in value.

I had thought so, but didn't want to say until I double checked since Derek was already planning on the work.  ;)

Yay!  See, because some of the fandom stuff out there is saying that Aidan Turner is doing a role in The Hobbit or something in New Zealand?  And that once that's through, given dates, he might be back to something a la Being Human.  So....

 ??? :D

I hope it comes back, with Mitchell!  ;D

Yeah, he's playing a dwarf in the Hobbit.   I hope they do bring him back in some capacity though.

So this might be a dumb question but I missed the first few episodes of season one...

Why does Annie only ever wear grey?

It's not like she's stuck wearing the same thing from the night she died, since the grey tops are always changing... I even googled but I can only find out if she'll ever stop wearing grey (not the why)!

Maybe Derek knows?  :)

I thought she just kept wearing what she died in, but you have pointed out that's not the case.

I have been wondering about Annie's clothes myself. Wikipedia says "Annie appears in the clothes she was wearing when she died, which change subtly depending on her mood", which is kind of confusing, and the "Jacob Marley Apparel" page at tvtropes.org says "Ghosts in Being Human wear whatever clothes they died in, but they can mentally make minor alterations to the clothes depending on their mood." She did put on some lipstick once when she was thinking of seeing Owen, and she has worn Tully's hat...

I already asked why her mascara was running and did not get a satisfactory answer.   ;)

Oh I don't know about the show
Spoiler: show
It's just not the same without Mitchell. For me he made the show, now that he's gone, not sure if the other cast members can do enough to bring me back to the show
