What type of coffee are you missing? Drip coffee? Espresso-style?
As a self-confessed, unabashed coffee snob, I am partial to Taylors of Harrogate Guatamala Cloud preground for use in my Moka Pot. Back home my husband and I had a Gaggia espresso machine and nice burr grinder, and we used locally roasted beans (again, preferring central american to African and Indonesian). We've sacrificed here a bit (because a similar set up for just three years is WAY too expensive) but it gets us what we need to survive. I also think that the Taylors would hold up well to french press/cafetiere coffee.
