Tax Survey

Hello!

I have received a form in the post from a place called Pacific Consulting Group Surveys.  Apparently, this is survey is for a research project to help improve the IRS service to taxpayers who live outside the US.

Does anyone know what this is?  Has anyone received this, as well?  It's kind of freaking me out a bit...(can you tell?)

I'm also in Derbyshire, I've not received one of those.

Thank you!  That helps!  Yes, I am freaking a bit.  I have learned that I have a balance due to the IRS and then this thing comes in the post.  I'm working through it and I'm sure all will be fine. 

You live in Derbyshire, as well?  Very cool.
