God, I never stop moaning ....
« on: August 05, 2009, 06:15:00 AM »
I thought that my child's father took the sole responsibility agreement to get it signed, but instead of doing that, he has come up with some paper he wants me to sign first. I have NO IDEA what it says but I am meeting him in the morning to find out. I'm sure that it is b.s., he is a completely unreasonable imbecile, and I'm terrified that I won't be able to come to an agreement with him....

Guess I shall know my (albeit temporary) fate in about 9 hours!

I used to deal with moments like this with lots of alcohol, but as of 3 days ago I am staying with my highly religious father until I am able to move to the UK....no drinking allowed! Instead I am drowning my sorrow in strawberry go-gurt,mentholated cigarettes, and reruns of Roseanne.

Hmmm.... I wonder what your ex is up to? Hope you can work it out, though. It's hard when you have kids to sort things out sometimes. I get caught in the middle between DH and his ex-partner over my stepson sometimes. People can be so hard to deal with! Best of luck! Keep us posted!

This reminds me of my favorite Russian saying:

Есть человек, есть проблема. Нет человека, нет проблемы.
(Yest' chelóvek, yest' probléma. Net chelovéka, net problémy.)

"If there is a person, there is a problem. If there is no person, then there is no problem."

Hey, if it worked for Stalin...

Yeah, mix it in with your strawberry go-gurt. That's what Roseanne would do!

(kidding, kidding!)
