Spousal Visa Help- where is your spouse at the moment
« on: August 05, 2009, 06:27:45 PM »
Hi all-
We are filling out the spousal visa together and are having a disagreement as to what to put
on Section 6 where is your spouse at the moment. He is here with me in the US for a few more days but will be heading back to the UK on Sunday. He thinks that we should put that he is in the UK because he will be there when I eventually come over and while the visa application is processed.
Any help will be appreciated!
Thanks  :) Jodie

At the moment means at the moment.  Where is he when you are filling out the application.  So you'd put that he's in the US.

I would put that he is in the US and then you can hand write next to it once you have printed it out that he is there now, but is headed back to the UK on such and such date.

Damn, this reminded me of one of those nightly news PSAs.

"It's 10PM, do you know where your husband is?"

I'm paraphrasing. :)
And if you threw a party
Invited everyone you knew
You would see the biggest gift would be from me
And the card attached would say
"Thank you for being a friend!"
