Has anyone had any experience dealing with Transfermate? It seems they have the best overall customer reviews of the online firms that I can find on the NET.
Only thing, I've tried to phone contact them with a couple of questions, a couple of times and the women who had picked up the phone said no one was there to answer my questions (huh!?). I'm already a little nervous about putting my personal finance info online & transferring wads of cash - this didn't help - but if it works as well & as cheap as they say I'm willing to save all the cash I've been losing through the bank transfers.
Also, it seems setting up an account is fairly easy (easier than XE at least) is this true? Do they ask for copies of ID? (sounds dumb but the online form doesn't seem to request them)
