Has it been on delayed release because I swear that was supposed to be out at the beginning of this year.  Lot of re-shoots maybe?

I'm not so sure about Mark Wahlberg as the father, but I think he's a better cast than Ryan Gosling. Gosling just seemed too young to play the part.

they filmed that movie in and around where I am from in Pennsylvania...they filmed at Valley Forge Park and in Malvern and Norristown and Paoli...the school that the girl went to in the book is based on General Wayne Middle School where the author went to school and that is where my brother and sister went...the book was excellent and I hope the movie will be too...One of my friends plays one of the neighbors in it...

and a little bit of useless trivia...Mark Wahlberg was filming in Valley Forge Park and up the street from my parents a few summers ago for "the Happening" and then a month or so later he was back filming in Valley Forge for "the lovely bones"...I just thought it was an interesting fact

It was delayed.  I thought it was supposed to be out by now.

Here's hoping it isn't for "reshoots".

Ooh that looks good!  I hope the reshoots don't change that :(
