...these are a few of my favorite things!
« on: August 09, 2009, 09:33:51 PM »
Title pretty much self-explanatory. :) Share some things you like, love or can't live without.

Mine are Neutrogena lip balm (I think I have half-a-dozen of them scattered around various purses and drawers) and my much adored and beloved Sony eReader which is not, admittedly, quite as satisfying as reading a real physical book but then again, it currently has about 300 titles on it and weighs a few ounces. Definitely a god-sent for travelling. Husband scoffed at it when I first bought it, but after a few weeks of constantly stealing mine, he demanded and got one of his own. They go with us everywhere!

I'm searching and failing to find pie on that list. Which makes me doubt the truthiness of your screenname. ;D

 ;D Actually, I'm not a big fan of pie, generally. My screenname is a complete lie. Full story here: http://sheateawholepie.blogspot.com/2009/04/did-you-really-eat-whole-pie.html

Well, I was looking around at what I grabbed when I moved into my friends house with my suitcase on my back for "things I really love and would have a tough time being without" and I have my
Macbook
Blackberry
Ipod
Tie Dyed Sneakers
Bunch of my favourite jewelry
My favourite perfume from the Body Shop
My awesome hairbrush from the Body Shop

The only thing missing, because I don't really have the room for it right now is my trombone

At a party yesterday, we were playing a game and a question I got was what is your most treasured (inanimate) possession.  I seriously didn't know what to say!  I thought I should say my wedding rings and my wedding necklace, but I don't think they really are my most treasured things.  I still don't know for sure what the answer is.  Maybe my photos.

I get a great deal as I am a loyal customer. So far I have a pendant, a one-of-a-kind custom ring, and a hair pin I designed and she executed. And before I go, she's hooking me up with two sets of earrings that match the pendant. ;D

A few more items to add to the list:
* reading a good book on the beach
* taking classes
* honeysuckle bushes and hydrangeas
* caramel flan

Sure!

I use it on the PayGo tariff and of course it helps that the Three coverage in my area is pretty good. From what I understand it's not universally so.

I have so many, I need to think about it.  My most favorite thing though is my iTouch!  I don't go anywhere without it.  Upgrading to an iPhone when I get back though.

More to come I'm sure....
