Rootbeer?

I am having the most amazing rootbeer cravings.  I have looked in so mnay places and cant seem to find anything near it, any suggestions?  Stores, websites, etc?  Me and my preggie self would really appreicate it.  hehe

Hubby picked up a six pack of A&W rootbeer from Cybercandy in Covent Garden.  Fair warning: it wasn't cheap.  They also have a website: http://www.cybercandy.co.uk

The only sodas I drink are 7-Up / Sprite and Rootbeer...RB being my ALL time favorite.  They have a so-so off brand at a little import store in Edinburgh, but its a pretty penny.  Some one said that Costco carries it though.

My uncle came to visit a while back and forgot to bring my root beer, so the wonderful man sent me a 6-pack of A&W when he got back to the states...$6 for the 6 RBs, $35 to ship it (liquid is spendy to ship).

Sainsbury's carries rootbeer. I never have a problem finding it when I want it.

I'm not sure if you have a SPAR where you are but some of them carry A&W. I have found it numerous places here in Northern Ireland lately. Sainsbury's isn't so bad either. It only comes in 2 liters but when you crave it, you don't care how it's packaged or where to find it...you just get it

There's a guy on e-bay that sells A&W root beer....  I'm waiting till he gets diet in.

I tried the white grape flavour, and it was lovely.
They also had Hansen's diet Kiwi & Strawberry, which was gorgeous!

I made rootbeer floats out of some of the rootbeer we bought.  Hubby was less than impressed.  I, however, luuuuuuuuuuvred them.  *yum*

Yeah--the first time my DF tried Rootbeer, he spit it out saying it tasted of mouthwash.  Funnily enough, when in the states for a visit last month, he had a Rootbeer Float and loved it.  Go figure.

I remember McDonalds here had Rootbeer on the menu at one time. OK I am talking the 80s when I was in my teens ... just a thought .. some branches MIGHT still have it.

Yes, they learn that Rootbeer is a good part of the daily diet, and that french toast is a sweet yummy bread slathered in syryp....in addition to a zillion other things
