GRE
« on: August 18, 2009, 03:17:56 PM »
I am thinking of taking an American distance learning course, and I am here in the UK. Does anyone know where I can take the GRE over here (UK)?
Thanks

If I am not mistaken you can look for international testing sites through the GRE website-I found one that way (I think :)) while in Japan!  Good luck :)

I took the computer-based GRE (general test) in the UK in January 2007 for an application to a US grad school (I'm a Brit) - the process was a bit confusing in terms of figuring out where and how I was supposed to take it but in the end I had to book an appointment for their testing centre in London (if I'm reading it correctly on the GRE website the test centre number is 8019). If you can believe it, you have to call a number in the Netherlands in order to book a test appointment for the London test centre  ???!
