Magic Bullet in UK?

 This is probably the only appliance I really must have in Uk. Are these available in the UK?

Yes.  I know for a fact that they have one because we owned one.  It was a gift bought via a TV ad.

I got mine on Ebay a few years ago, it was super cheap! And I got some replacement parts on Ebay recently when I made a delish toad in the hole with bits of gasket in them! Yummy!!! I love my Blender!

Ahhhhhh.  That is one of my greatest fears.  I had a little metal gear snap once into a cake I was making.
