My husband finally went and bought a projector and screen a few weeks ago so we've been watching True Blood on the big screen most Mondays nights. A few weeks ago we started watching right after dinner and one of our neighbours walked by and texted us "nice porn!", pffff.

We make sure we close the curtains before watching True Blood now.  :-*

When we watch porn on our big screen the neighbours think we're watching True Blood! We were amused over the last couple of episodes to see Olivier, Claire Fisher's  "French" art teacher/boyfriend in Six Feet Under, who, it seems, was a vampire all along! And a creepy one at that. But he got bewitched and then Bill turned him into a pile of red guck. The Six Feet Under people don't seem to show up much these days*, except for David in Dexter. Nate was in the late lamented Dirty Sexy Money.

*Or so I thought, but a quick look at the Wikipedia SFU article shows they have all been busy. It'll soon be time to watch all 63 SFU episodes for the 4th time...

Haha that's awesome/hilarious! I always enjoy watching it with or without the curtains closed. :D

Is it just me or does anybody see the irony of the final episode title and the day it falls on? Just a thought.. I know all the titles for the episodes are songs played during the credits, but I still think Alan Ball (the creator) could have picked a different song..  :-\\\\

He might not have considered the date it would air. Personally, I don't see a problem with it, as the show is completely unrelated to 9/11 and it's 10 years later. Not trying to be insensitive, but I doubt anyone would think it was an issue to air the same episode with the same title on the anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, which was also a terrible event, and one that took place in the same state where the series takes place.

As for the porn comments, this season has been even racier than the previous ones!  :o Not that I'm complaining.   ;) But, I did feel a bit embarrassed when a meter reader came by and I paused my computer to answer the door and then realised after he gave an uncomfortable glance at my computer that it must have looked like I was having some porn time.  :P

Jewlz- I wasn't saying the creators did it on purpose and I'm well aware the show is the exact opposite of what that day means to all Americans. I was just saying that it seemed slightly ironic and I picked up on it was all.  :) I love this show, I own all the seasons on dvd (with the exception on the current season airing now) and I think the sexy scenes are awesome ;) I'm sure that electrician has seen far worse things, but it's still funny :D

Just watched this week's episode and I'm sorry to say that there was no borderline porn. :( I want more Sookie & Eric!

That being said, good episode!

I don't feel like it's that much racier...Or maybe I've just become acclimated to this "style" of show, so it doesnt even feel like porn anymore?  That said, DB quite likes Anna Paquin's "tatties" which do seem to make their appearance more often than not...oh well!

About to catch up on the last two episodes now :)

A lot of men I know think she's super sexy, but I can't quite see it. Yes, I agree that she's attractive, but to me she's sexy in a sort of Identikit way, as if you asked a computer or a committee of horny teenage boys to design a "sexy woman". Or maybe marketing executives - she reminds me of the women in catalogs who model blouses or bracelets. Now, Deborah Ann Woll (Jessica)... that's a whole other story.

Yea, Jessica is a lot hotter than Sookie. Pam, too, really.

Speaking of Anna Paquin's looks....

Spoiler: show
Did anyone think that Sookie looked like a little girl last night with her childish sweatshirt and the way she was acting with Eric? Like she had done something wrong and knew it and didn't want to face the music with her daddy? Maybe a little lost and confused, too? I dunno, maybe I'm reading it wrong. It seemed strange to me, though.

Is anyone else not sorry they finally got rid of Tommy? He annoyed me. Now, if only Sookie can kill Debbie like she does in the books....

I was so confused at the end of this episode, since I thought there was another one. And it didn't seem like there was a ton more to tie up. And then BAM. Wow, really hope the last one is good!
