Yeah, I actually like the ones they have at Morrison's better than the French's ones from the states - the ones here are less salty. I just bought some so I could make a chicken and green bean casserole this week!

I miss having a big selection of mild cheeses. I have nothing against strong cheese, but in Mexican food, even the mild cheddar here seems too sharp, and I haven't found a suitable white cheese to use in place of the Chihuahua or Oaxaca cheeses (or even Jack, for that matter) used in many Mexican dishes.
