Birth Certificate for Spousal Visa Required?
« on: September 10, 2009, 04:23:35 PM »
Hi,

Not sure if I have to include my birth certificate with my application or not.  It seems my passport is the important document here, but anyone who knows about this one let me know.  I can't find my birth certificate and am planning to submit my documents in a few weeks.

Thanks!
Cyd

You're the applicant, right?

No need to include birth certificate. Passport is sufficient.
And if you threw a party
Invited everyone you knew
You would see the biggest gift would be from me
And the card attached would say
"Thank you for being a friend!"
