We’re an easy, going friendly, professional couple who are looking for new housemates as the couple we’re currently sharing with are moving out very soon. The current arrangement is that each couple shares a room – and we use the third room as a spare. This has worked really well for us, so we’d like this to continue if at all possible.
The rent is very cheap – only £340 per person a month. This is largely because we have a private landlady who has been easygoing on upping the payments thus far.
* Double-sized large dining room (running from front to back of the house)
* Separate, fully equipped kitchen
* Front and back gardens
* 3 Bedrooms
* Two toilets
* Utility Room
* Private walkway at rear with space for additional parking
* In town, and close to tram, tube and train station, but also quiet (we’re part of a protected Conservation Area).
The houseshare is available from the end of September.
