Okay, I made the biscuits, cream gravy, and breakfast 'sausage' last night for a rather unhealthy dinner. It went down a TREAT. I used fresh thyme because I honestly wasn't sure if she was calling for fresh or dried herbs in the sausage recipe. It was a bit overpowering so if you're using fresh, definitely decrease the quantity a shade. Also, our chili flakes are from the Indian section of the supermarket so they're MEGA-spicy and therefore could've used with a pinch less

. However, they were FAB and ten million times better than my other attempts at doing 'flavored' sausages here in the UK.
Biscuits were also fantastic - so much better than my Joy of Cooking recipe, surprisingly!! I don't know how she gets 10-12 outta that recipe; I got 7 big 'uns! :-p
