Calling All Southern Yanks - it doesn't get better than this!!!

It takes far longer to get one like that if your husband keeps washing yours with soap, or leaving it in the sink with water in it so it gets rusty and has to be scrubbed Grrr.

Yeah, DH does that frequently, no matter how many times I try to explain the proper way to clean it. It's annoying. Why didn't I marry a chef?

Not from the south but this is a great site.  Thanks for the link.  I am a good cook and I knew I could make my own sausages and cheese but I just need a bit of confidence that this site seems to be offering.  I will be trying it out soon.  I miss good Mexican food.

Hey Noreneh I see you are from Chicago too. Don't you miss some good hometown food. I always crave good pizza, italian saugage and peppers and White Castle! I live in the US Southwest and I will be missing the mexican food here something fierce!
