I just saw this on Facebook of all places and I thought some of you might be interested. The show isn't until March 2010.

Yay! I'm not sure if DH would fully appreciate David Sedaris, so I'm thinking I may see if my friend in Peterborough would want to go with me.

So if your friend in Peterborough can't make it, you have a friend in Cornwall who would be only too willing to step in! Although I still might try and force DH to go.

Chary, I think it would be the PERFECT birthday weekend for you! He better go! I've emailed DH to see if he's interested or not. I'll keep you posted. Even if my friend wants to go, you can still come of course! The more the merrier!  ;D

I love his books and saw him a few years ago in Boston...Brilliant!  I just tried to buy two tickets and it wouldn't let me.  I can get one.  I am tempted to go alone and laugh my butt off.

Karin, what night did you try to buy them for? I'm going to need 3 or 4 tickets. I wonder why they're only selling them individually.  ???

Okay, according to this website, the show is only on Thursday night. I went through the buying process too and it only allowed me to buy one ticket.

ETA: I went to ticketmaster.co.uk which is the link listed on the above website and it said you can purchase up to 8 tickets. I went through the process to order 4 tickets and it worked.

 YAY!!

 David Sedaris is my hero. I was so sad to be missing his Little Rock performance (which is in 2 weeks or so) but seeing him in London will be even better!:D
