Now I want some, too!

Me too, but I want it served to me. I don't want to have to make it myself!  :P

I agree, PB! But we have weird taste.  ;)
Not that weird   ;)
The Italians have an onion soup with a dropped egg in it and it was great.

Quite a few soups in Asia contain egg in some form or fashion and they're great, so why not French onion soup.
Still tired of coteries and bans. But hanging about anyway.

I'm not preggers (surprise, surprise) and I am craving biscuits, donuts, meat loaf, french onion soup to name but a few.

So it is your fault.  ;)

I didn't start the biscuits or meat loaf threads. So there!  :P

Oh man, I've done it now. I'm sorry.  :-[  I won't let it happen again, I promise.

No, I'm making it next week, I was just thinking ahead. All I think about is food. I plan out meals way in advance, usually, and I surf food blogs all day to get ideas. Kind of embarrassing, really.  [smiley=blush.gif]

I thought you might be but I'll be more careful of getting my facts correct.  ;)

Nothing wrong with surfing for ideas...I do it all the time, get ideas and then just wing it, sing it, king it or just fling it. I do feel sorry for those that live off beans on toast and carry oots.
