frozen pasta?
« on: October 31, 2009, 12:51:17 PM »
My BF eats a lot of pasta, but doesn't like the dry kind; he usually goes for fresh packaged supermarket linguini or tortellini or whatever. At least in the US, the fresh is overpriced and not that tasty, unless you get the really nice, handmade stuff from an Italian deli, but what you can get is frozen (usually cheese) ravioli, which I think is a fine substitute, and much cheaper! (I agree that dried tortellini is just gross.)

Can frozen ravs be found in the UK?

I've seen frozen pasta but don't recall seeing any ravioli. Then again I was never really looking for it so may have just missed it.
