I found this site today whilst looking around for NIN info:

http://www.adviceguide.org.uk/index/index-england-a.htm

It has info on everything, from abortion to youth court, and can be customized to deal with info for Wales, Scotland, England, and N. Ireland.

It's a really helpful site, in my opinion!   ;D

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this board (and probably am not posting in the correct location - sorry). Anyway, just wanted to say hello.  Is there anyone here from Norwich?  I am moving over soon and marrying next year sometime (2005).   Nice to find a home away from home on this list.

Thanks,

Jill
San Diego, CA.

Hi Jill,

Waving over here!

I am from Norwich. I lived there until the age of 31. Have been living in the States for 7 years and we are moving back to the Norwich area in around 7 months all being well!

Norwich is a great place to live. You will love it. If you have any questions please feel free to ask me ok!

thanks for the link -very useful!

citizens advice bureau is a great organisation. i had trouble with an accountant a few weeks ago and phoned the CAB to ask about my rights. long story, but suffice it to say they were extremely helpful and supportive. a great service all around.

Hi, Jill. My husband and I are moving to Norwich in the next couple of months, so perhaps we could hook up.

Thanks.  That's such a useful link. :D
The chances are there's a reason we've been left here, but I'm not disappointed.  - Idlewild
