Triscuits & graham crackers.  :)

Has she tried Hermesetas here?  Cos it's the same kind of sweetener as Sweet'n'Low & tastes exactly the same to me!  :)

I think so, definately tried Splenda. I don't get it but then again I don't take any tpe of sweetener in tea and coffee. Seems that nothing matches sweet 'n' low!

Oh and Wawa coffee as well - though we are well stocked from friends who went over this year, and she's come to the conclusion that we can get decent coffee for the machine here, it's the package as much as anything.

I was pleased at the weekend to see her crossing things off her list that she decided she didn't really need to bring back!

I, on the other hand, will be bringing back some Schynders(?) of Hanover jalepano pretzel nuggets!  :P

For DW the main thing is Sweet 'n' Low - which really baffles me!

I buy Sweet n Low online here...you can buy it by the box and it's not that expensive. It's in the sachets like you see at Starbucks...

try this   http://eshop.dietaryfoods.co.uk/acatalog/

Save room in your suitcase for something more interesting!

I just returned and did have at least one full suitcase of food. Mainly baking stuff.

Williams Sonoma Pumpkin Syrup
Angel's coconut - several
Butterscotch chips
Pop Tarts - various flavours
Payday/Butterfinger/100,000 bar bags of chocolate
See's Candies - 3-5 boxes
Peet's Coffee / anything flavoured that catches my eye
Flavoured vanilla powder creamer
Hostess crumb donuts - several packs
Trail mix / beef jerky - for other half
Taco seasoning
Loaf of sourdough

Splenda (lactose & sucralose) is a different type of sweetener from Sweet-n-Low (saccharin), however.  Hermesetas (also saccharin) is the same thing.  :)

That's great about the guitar Jewlz ! You can play plenty of songs with 3 chords, provided you know the right three chords!  ;)  However, I agree with Andee take some lessons if you can squeeze it.  Or online, there's lots of good tutorials out there now.

I bring back:
Hot Tamales
8 o'clock coffee
Goya products and Mexican food things- since Lupe Pintos is far from me and I can't be arsed ordering expensive things online
I've never gotten food on my underpants!
Work permit (2007) to British Citizen (2014)
You're stuck with me!

Thanks! I saw a flyer in a shop window ages ago that someone posted who gives lessons in our area, but I forgot to keep the number.  :( Maybe I will see it again or find them online.

Another vote for those!
I emailed Mars in the UK and they said they had no plans to introduce here as there was no demand and wouldn't suit the UK taste!  :o

They've started selling Reese's Pieces here now, so perhaps if those are a success Mars will change their tune.
