I'm bringing Warburton's Crumpets for my best friend, crackers for the family, some Lush stuff for my mom, and I'm not sure what else.  :)

My family is usually pretty pleased with a large box of Thorntons chocolates.  One year, I sent them various English biccies & Christmas crackers - that I ordered off amazon.com, these were shipped from inside the US.

I'm bringing some mince pies for my granny, some custard cremes or lemon cookies of some sort (maybe those awesome lemon Vienesse Whirls) or some shortbread for my grandma (I've looked everywhere for that coconut ice candy because I know my grandma would love it, but I've never seen it anywhere), and some HP sauce for my stepdad. Not sure what else... the list is getting a bit longer!  ;)

Burnt Sugar does coconut ice! It's sold in some Tesco's and in other little gourmet deli or special chocolate type places. Also at Borough Market - or you can order online.

(Just looked at their site and there's no mention of coconut ice! I hope they didn't discontinue it!)

I gave my Granny some crumpets last time and she loved them! I also gave one of my friends some British Coins. One of each I believe. I was going to bring that same friend some Cider but forgot it last time. I'm thinking next time I bring as much as I can so we can have a few drinks together!  ;)

Oh I forgot to say Walker's Sensations crisps. The sea salt & black pepper flavour were very popular with my in laws.

I've never seen it at Tesco's or any other place, and I've looked everywhere. I think it doesn't really exist, must be an urban myth or something.  :P

I wonder if they would have it in the shop? I'm going to Newcastle this weekend to pick up some things from Lush for my mom, I think there is a Thornton's near there I could stop in! My grandma would really love it, I bet, she loves any kind of coconut candy.  :)
