So when's the first UKY Repat get-together?

I'm in! We are north of SD - in Sac! Sarah, I think you should come to CA instead of Texas  ;D  We will be in Southern CA right after Christmas! Should we start planning something??!!

Hey...glad to hear you made it safe and sound! I lived in Roseville a few years ago...really enjoyed northern CA. If I ever get my honey over this way in the future, I would love to live up in the foothills in Grass Valley or Nevada City (the sticks...but beautiful!)

I have now booked my flight...So it's official I have my moving date... August 29th!  (Only 3 weeks away!  :o )

I'm in! We are north of SD - in Sac! Sarah, I think you should come to CA instead of Texas  ;D  We will be in Southern CA right after Christmas! Should we start planning something??!!

I'll be in Southern CA from the end of August so a get together in CA would be good for me  ;D  We should find out where would be good for everyone and plan something....Hmmm...I feel a new thread coming on.. ;)

Sarah (MarsBar), I know it's all dependent on the house, but I hope you can make it...  A UKY Repat get together would be so cool!  :)

I am selling my stuff right now!

Already moved out of my flat, (staying with my mother until I move).

If anyone's interested:

I have a 28" Widescreen, flatscreen, surround sound TV. (only 18 months old!...5 year warranty)

VCR with PAL and NTSC(US video tapes), playback (also only 18 months old!)

I do also have a universal region DVD player (also only 18 months old), but I've had it looked at and there is a problem with the lazer, it's temperamental (sometimes says no disk when you put a DVD in). It's not worth me paying to get it fixed when I'm leaving, so I wouldn't sell it to anyone because of this fault! If anyone wanted it for free they could have it, but be aware of this problem!

Hmmm....maybe I should start a new thread with this somewhere else!   ;)

Laurie - Great news!!!! Mart and I in may ways sure will be sorry to see you go - new friend and all. Know what I mean? But all is not lost - hopefully we'll be right behind you. And we're both totally psyched that you're nearly all set to go. Get over there to your wife, man! *packs Laurie's bags, points him to the classifieds section of the forum*
