Hey london yankees

Since we are a week away I thought I put up a little message here, see you all at the Sloe next Saturday the 19th @ 4pm. My husband and I will grab a large table, easy to spot will put a paper sign saying "uk-yankee" on the table. Hey, I know this is a bit last minute but how you guys feel about stopping at the Christmas Market!!? I was hoping to go and drag my DH sometime before the holidays and then realized that we are actually walking through it on the way to dinner on Saturday. Its a beautiful German xmas themed market so we will have a stop there before heading to out mexican feast!

Sounds interesting... a bit of Germany in the middle of London.

Can't see why we shouldn't stop by, unless it's chock-a-block with people and we can't get through!

Sounds good to me too!  We went to Munich a couple of years ago for the Christmas Markets and they were a lot of fun!

Should be fine the route we go will be right by the festive hall, right by our Mexican place, everyone can have a bit of a wander although I can't promise I won't have a warm drink and holiday pastry (sort of a starter :) before dinner heehee

We can, but I was up there the other week and wasn't that impressed (though the hat place deserves a closer look  ;D ). I may not have seen all of it though.

There's always a cute little market near the festival hall... Is it much bigger at Christmas?? I stopped at that market back in September, and it was fun to snoop around. And I bet it's much better for the holiday season!
