Thanks for making me feel better, just by putting up reply posts, everyone!
DH and I had a nice hug session on the couch, just, and I shed a few more tears.
It was sweet of MIL to give me a turkey sandwich, I was just blown away that cranberry sauce could taste different from what it tastes like in the States. (It's so WIERD how that happens here!)
I definitely feel better now-or at least better than I did before.

DH just said to me, "It must feel wierd, being in a country that doesn't celebrate something that you've grown up with." Indeed.

And he said that once we're moved out on our own, we'll celebrate Thanksgiving in our own way. When that's gonna happen-because of economics-I have no idea, but, it's still a nice sentiment, I thought.
