US/UK. US Giant makes a hostile offer for British Chocolate Maker

Yeah, it was me who posted about Symphony bars.  It definitely has a Hershey's taste to it, but IMO, they developed it to taste a bit more like UK/Euopean milk chocolate.   I can't stand US Cadbury though.  I'd rather eat a (plain) Hershey bar, and I am not sure why that is.

OK I'm going to change and not buy US Cadburys

I get a lot of points if I bring home a Hershey bar, with almonds, for my American DW.

For chocolate lovers does anyone notice how smooth Dove chocolate is?

DS hates the US version of Cadbury's.

UK Cadbury > US Cadbury > any other US chocolate

IMHO, of course. 

(I once bought a bag of Hershey's Kisses as a gimmicky gift for my DH - then BF - and his verdict was that "it tastes of sick.")
