IT'S SNOWING!!!

Aghh! Still just drizzle here in Manchester. Fingers crossed for snow, though.

Snow in Hampshire...sticking to the roof tops.   
It started about 10 minutes after I returned from Southampton. 

Yay! Snowing here in Welwyn Garden City, Herts. I love it. I was so surprised to look out the window and see white.

Oh how I miss snow! Texas just doesn't have snow - I am hoping Newcastle will get it in Feb!

With the exception of this year - I still can't believe HOUSTON got snow... it's madness.

And now we're out in the village, and it's... still grody drizzly rainy junk.  My husband's insistence that it's 2 degrees colder here than at our house obviously doesn't pan out... nyah.

We hardly get snow here, but maybe it's a relative thing.  I grew up in the Adirondacks and lived a good chunk of my adult life on the shores of one of the Great Lakes.  I am used to heavy, frequent snows.

It has snowed three times that I have noticed in the two years and two months I've been here.  But living next to the sea will definitely change things for you.  It's the whole reason the UK is really mild for where it is in latitude.  If the Gulf Stream ever gets disrupted for whatever reason, we will probably see a lot of snow, and so will you.

It's just starting to snow in Maidstone.  Yay!!

Bah!  Still no snow in Leeds. 

We had two spells of gusty snow today.. not that it's sticking really.  There's currently a lull, but I'm guessing it -might- pick up again later; we'll see!  I'll put up my pictures when I get home; I didn't bring my cable to 'work' with me.

It's hailing/raining here now, and very windy.

Big fat snow here about half an hour ago. Gone now. Severe weather predicted for the South East, though.

There is not a cloud in the sky here, just beautiful blue sky!
