It's amusing me here... 'cause like... it'll fall and start to look like it's going to stick, and then it'll stop... and melt... and then pick up again once it's melted.  I think Mother Nature is keen tom ake an ice sheet out of our town!  :o

We got ours, 5 minutes ago it was blue sky now black with snow.  It started just as I walked in the flat, so glad it could wait till I got home!  Woohoo! Snow for my birthday!

It snows here for a few minutes and then stops...and waits a while and does it all over again...I'm not getting my hopes up. Though Monday we're supposed get 'Heavy Snow' in Derby (according to the Met Office)...we shall see.

Lucky you. I'm in Florida, and it's kinda hard to get into the holiday spirit when you can still wear T-shirts and flip-flops. >:( Hopefully, I'll be there next year to enjoy it.

Right right, pictures are uploaded.  Not that it's terribly fascinating, mind! :D  It's turned pretty icy here though, so I'm glad we managed to get our shop done quickly and get back home... I don't fancy venturing out for several days.

Snowed here for a bit, turned to snizzle, rain,then stopped completely. Nothing of any significance.

It just better not be snowing anywhere on Monday so that I can get my flights to the US!

YES.

I'm hoping for a typical British overreaction - if there is one, then the essay which is due tomorrow won't be due. Last Feb they shut down the university. Not sure if other unis did, but SOAS definitely did.

It's starting to really chuck it down here in Maidstone.  We have about 1/2 inch accumulation in about 45 minutes.  Small flakes big lots of it and blowy too.
