Adaptor for UK laptop?
« on: December 28, 2009, 02:00:05 PM »
Hey everyone!

I'm making my first trip back to the US tomorrow. I was planning on getting a bit of lesson planning done while there, but my mom just told me that their computer broke! So I am taking the laptop with me. Is a standard UK->US adaptor fine? I don't need a voltage convertor do I?

Thanks in advance. :)

No convertor needed, laptop charges are designed to be used all over the world  :) So all you need is a straight plug adaptor :)

We did this the opposite way...US to UK...just make sure you check your brick that should say if its rated from 110v-240v.
