The long and the short of it

I'm 5 foot 2, and my boyfriend is 6 foot.
Height is not a factor at all when considering dating someone, but always seem to end up with taller guys... I've dated guys up to 6 foot 5.
I wouldnt have a problem with a short guy... less stretching for me, or less bending down for him. 

I'm 5'8", DH is 5'5".  It was an issue for me in the beginning.  I said I wouldn't ever go out with another man that was : shorter than me, more than 5 years younger than me or blonde.  Keith is all three.  And I couldn't care less anymore.  It's never been an issue for him, even when I wear heals.  He's not bothered by his stature, which just makes it a non issue. Funnily enough, both our girls are tall, our son isn't so tall.  It'll be interesting to see how they turn out when they are finished growing.

I'm 5ft., 3 in.  DH is 5ft., 10in.  DH's mum, however, is 5ft., 11in., same height as his dad, and DH's brother is 6ft., 5in.
 
Our eldest is extremely tall and thin, the middle one is average height and our son is also extremely tall.

Will be interesting to see how they turn out, too!

My sister is 5ft., 1in and her husband is 6ft., 5in. and her daughters are probably fully grown now.  The 15-year-old is 6ft., 1in. and the 13-year-old is 5ft., 9in.

I'm 5'6".  Mr A is 6'2".  I dated two guys who were an inch or two taller than I, but I think I felt weird with them.  The rest, including all my serious relationships were 5'10"+ with most taller than 6 feet.  I never think about the height difference, but obviously it's a part of what attracts me to someone, even on an unconscious level.  I was engaged to a guy who was 6'8".

My sisters ALWAYS date/marry short guys.  My parents were the same height when we were kids, but my mom has shrunk faster than my dad, so he's a little taller than she is now.

I have been the tallest in my family since HS (by that time, my parents had gotten shorter).  I always wanted to be tall and willowy.  Neither was going to happen, and if I am going to be fat, I'd rather be average height.
