Weird Symptom. Help!

*wince* Hope it wiggles itself free - I had a related-ish problem, myself.  There was this one nerve in my back that was half-pinched, and it would randomly cause all the muscles in my chest to constrict to the point I couldn't breathe.  It was really bad for a couple of weeks, and then 'relaxed' to the point that it was hurting still... but that I could actually breathe properly.
