I think most of the normal mass produced chocolate is pretty gross, although I love homemade s'mores.

But both Cadbury, with Green and Blacks, and Hershey, with Dagoba, make good premium chocolate bars.

People who are freaking out make it seem as if you can't buy good American made chocolate anywhere ever at all.  You can, but just like here, it costs more.

I think, given the history of the respective companies, it might have been better for Hershey and Cadbury to combine, given the philanthropic nature of the two, but then that is just my opinion.

The more I read about, the more interesting the Hershey School gets.  I never knew much about it, but being houseparents would be so interesting.

I was reading that the Quakers were not allowed to enter British Universities at one time because they were non conformists (none C of E) so they went into business and were very successful. Examples we know of today are Lloyd's Bank, Barclays Bank, Clarke Shoes and then of course the confectionery companies to name a few.
