Do they make a dark chocolate fruit and nut?  That would be my favorite.
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

I love Cadbury's fruit and nut.  I noticed they have them at our local grocery store but I didn't get one because I thought it would likely be rubbish.  I should have bought some when I was in the UK last fall.

I think they use HFCS in the US.

I just remembered I adored peanut butter chunky kit kats when they were available.

I rarely eat chocolate bars, but my faves are snickers and whispa.

I love chocolate too!  Too many to list.  At the moment really enjoying a sugar-free dark chocolate with almonds bar.

Green and Blacks Dark with cherries might be my number one.  Oh and Snickers, always!!!

I really keep meaning to order these!!!!
I really like twirls and double deckers. I used to like boosts when I was a kid but they did a weird thing to the recipe and added more sugar, now they make me want to be sick.

My absolute favourite chocolate thing ever though, is this :

I can only eat 1 or maybe 2 at a time though :)

Good quality dark chocolate (80%). DW got me some Lindt 80% with Chilli at Xmas and that was good.

As for the more standard bars - Cadbury's Whole Nut.

In the US I like Hershey's Cookies and Cream
"We don't want our chocolate to get cheesy!"

Hershey's Symphony with almonds and toffee bits
&
Galaxy roasted & caramelised hazelnut

I don't like Cadbury (UK..never tried US). It's kind of chalky and greasy all at the same time (IMO) :-X

Isn't it weird how tastes can vary? And two people eating the same thing can have totally different reactions to it?

I honestly never thought of cadburys as chalky or greasy, I always think cadburys is really smooth, has a good melting temperature in the mouth, but I think Hersheys is disgusting, it's crumby and tastes burnt to me... I'm also convinced it smells of vomit, the Hershey store in times square can be smelt a mile off.

Neither of us are wrong or course, or right, it's all just personal taste, no one else gets the Hersheys smells of sick thing, that's just me! :)

I guess it's partly what you're used to growing up :) Cadburys roses were always a big treat at xmas and we'd get those over Quality Streets.

I agree with you on galaxy hazelnut though - love it!

I think all milk chocolate on its own is vile - American or British.  Throw in some nuts or caramel, I'm okay with it, but a plain milk chocolate bar is just gross!

Plain milk chocolate is my favourite!  I hate when people mess it up with nuts, though caramel I love.

According to my dad, Hershey's chocolate has a slightly sour taste because they make it with curdled milk.  That probably also explains the texture.  I used to like plain Hershey bars, but haven't had one in years, so don't know if I still do.  After the sweet, creamy goodness of Milka, I doubt it would stand up too well.
