It got Indiana Jones, Marvin the Martian and Bill Gates.  Guessed wrong on Dave Grohl, but got him after a few follow-up questions.

Pretty amazing!

That's very much like the old 'Guess the Sitcom Character or Dictator' thing that made the rounds about 10 years ago.

Pretty good, though it could not guess Vanity Smurf.

I tried it out with El capitán Alatriste and it guessed Don Quixote, but I continued and it eventually got there.

This is a type of program which "learns" as more people play. It now knows that Alatriste wears a hat, fights with a sword, is not rich, has been the subject of a movie with his name in the title, is a fictional character, etc.

Mr A gave it K9, which it got.  I gave it Dave Rudman (The Book of Dave), Ruth (Theads), and Cheesoid (That Mitchell and Webb Look) and he got none.  Cheesoid would have done a better job.

Ok... Atreyu from NeverEnding Story, Orson Wells (though it took about 40 questions and 5 guesses) and Billy Connolly (the 3rd guess)...pretty clever as DH deemed it.

Then I beat it with Angus Macfayden...  ;D

DH gave it 'Desperate Dan' from the Dandy Comic book and he got it, which completely freaked him out!
