My DW talked about this last night when we were coming home in the car from Las Vegas and she said couldn't eat anything 'internal'. That included kidneys, tongue, heart and liver. I got to thinking about this and I think people got to eating these things because it was a necessity. I think the subject came up because we saw a business that said 'sushi bar'. She said that there have been people who have ended up in surgery after eating sushi. Raw fish?
It is trendy now to go to Thai food restaurants. What is Thai food? I'll stick with my F & C and Indian Curry ;) (oh, and lets not forget Mexican)

Its actually only modern waste of excess production and farming that we've stopped eating the innards.  Its a shame, because they're lovely and tasty.
Thai food is awesome-Sort of Chinese, sort of Indian- but its own thing all together- very healthy- vegetables, rice, light sauces and curries, noodles, fish, etc.  if you like curries, you will definitely like Thai curries. Yum!!!! And I love sushi. I never get any sushi as there isn't anywhere to get it here where I live:\\\'(
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

Oh I love haggis!! I hate how it gets a bad rap because of what it's made out of.   My family still get disgusted when I tell them my favourite meal to have is chicken stuffed wth haggis and a delicious whiskey sauce my DH makes to go with it.

Yum! I only had it once in Edinburgh in a pie with whiskey cream sauce, but it was delicious.
