Traveling to Spain

Does everyone have to complete the Advance Passenger Information requested by Spain, or is it just non-EU citizens? I know I need to do it, but we're not sure about my Irish husband. He's probably the only person in Ireland who has never been to Spain!  :)

Everybody has to complete it. Regardless of nationality, EU citizen or not, everybody travelling to Spain has to.
