I used to work in a bagel place, and the flavored cream cheeses are really easy to make. I believe the strawberry was simply plain cream cheese mixed with pre-packaged strawberries in syrup (if you made it yourself, sliced strawberries in sugar left to sit a few hours). You could puree those a bit if you wanted it to be smoother.
My favorite was the raisin walnut.

Recently I've been wanting to make it, so I guess this is my sign that I should. It's just cream cheese, brown sugar, walnuts, and raisins. The raisins rehydrate, and it is just to die for.
