Welcome to the board.  We are in also from Chicago and now in Sheffield (about an hour south of Leeds).   We would be interested in a meet -up so pass on the details.  Or if you are up interested in chatting leave me a PM and we can do that too.

Hello everyone!  Have been away in Northumberland for work for pretty much all of May and am now back.  I'm going to Chicago in about 10 days (Hellllllllooooo Target!) back 7 July, so am going to try and arrange a Yorkshire meet up when I get back.

I lived in Sheffield for a year, near the Cemetery, just up the road from the Waitrose.  Really liked it there, and loving Leeds (well, Guiseley) as well.

Thanks for all your responses!

ps - is anyone going anywhere to watch the football tomorrow night?  Was thinking about watching it somewhere in Ilkely, no idea why, I just like it there.   No idea if there's any place to watch it!
