I am a total Vimto addict and IMO its like fruitpunch to me. It has blackcurrant in it (horrid stuff, can't stand it) but you can't taste it in the mix.

I haven't tried Vimto yet. I did have some Oasis last night and that was pretty refreshing. I'll have to give the Vimto a spin. I tried Ribena, but it wasn't my fave. :-\\\\ I don't mind black currant in small amounts (I sometimes put a little of the Robinsons stuff in my iced tea.. gives it a nice flavour), but too much is a bit sickly for me.  :-X

I buy soda water and put Rocks Organic squash in it to make a fruit punch fizzy drink. Ive not found anything here that ives up to fruit punch.
Has anyone found a decent root beer? I dont like the shops own brand ones and I refuse to continue paying to have it shipped through the American store.

Asian, Chinese anyway, stores often carry root beer.  Our local one has Mug and A&W.

Hydrogen Peroxide - I wish I could go in and pick this up. I have asked 2 stand alone chemist and 2 grocery store chemist.  They look at me like I am crazy and now I will go see if I can order online which was something I paid 89 cents for in the states.

Larger chemists should carry it, and in higher strengths than you can easily get in the states (like hair bleaching strong!) They restrict the amounts you can purchase, because it can be used in bomb making, but you should still be able to get it.

Boots have it, but mine only has 6%, which is twice the strength.  I just dilute it.

I work behind the pharmacy counter at a large Boots store. We stock 3%, 6% and 9% hydrogen peroxide, priced at somewhere between 90p and £1.20 each (I think). You have to ask at the counter for it as we keep ours round the back of the dispensary.

I had asked around me as well, but found it difficult to locate.  I know my chemist very well and he said he used to stock it but then they put so many restrictions on it that made chemists responsible for naming anyone from images that they may have sold it to.  He said he was feeling very concerned about increasing liability with terrorist laws and finally just stopped selling it.  I finally just gave up looking and buy a bottle when I go visit my in-laws in France.

Static Guard, the spray-on stuff to get rid of static cling.  Any suggestions?
I live in a tiny place and the nearest town is not the best place for shopping, I have not been able to find any sort of static ridding product.

Whenever I couldn't find Static Guard, I just used regular hairspray. Seems to work just as well.

Neosporin!! It took me months to before I realised they don't sell antibiotic ointment over the counter here. Antiseptic is not the same.

Hydrogen peroxide was mentioned, and I'd also like to add good old rubbing alcohol!!
