Enrolling in School

I am applying for my Tier 1 visa, which I should have by July or August.
My daughter will be old enough to start attending Reception (Kindergarten) this year. When can I enroll my daughter in a school. I know it is quite late, and probably the better schools are already filled up. I would move a couple months before my family to find a place, and good schools would obviously be a consideration. Can I only enroll my daughter once she is actually living in the UK?

You would need to contact the local authority (like municipality) education department that you'd be moving to:
