I do realize that -- but people shouldn't be having experiences like these at all with a business they're giving so much money to and trusting with something as fundamental to quality of life as housing. So I'm glad to hear about the bad experiences. Of course there's always the chance of bogus posts, but if a company gets 100 different bad reviews by people who've endured various kinds of shoddy treatment, I'll stay away. After what happened to me at the hands of Ludlow Thompson -- I was basically left homeless overnight, with my sick elderly dog, no car, and no one to help me, entirely because of their myriad and repeated egregious lies -- that I'll never trust another estate agency as far as I can throw it. Be warned.
