Well, calm down now.  :)

If you were applying as an economic migrant or one for education you would probably have serious issues.

A family member is a different kettle of fish and they tend to be more leniant.  I am not suggesting that people should do this, but just let it isn't time to fling yourself off a bridge or anything.

Did you intend for your fiance's father to be your 3rd party sponsor?  If so, did you include his bank statements, or just the P60's?

yes he is co sponsoring me, just handled the letter where he agrees supporting me and giving me accomodation plus the house property papers and his P60. He earns a good salary per year more than 70.000 pounds

So you included a letter from your FFIL saying that he is your sponsor and that you can live with him, plus his P60 but no bank statements.  And a job contract for your fiance, but no statements?

OK.  The volunteering alone is unlikely to result in refusal for a fiance visa (economic ones maybe), but it could be used to bolster a refusal on maintenance grounds.  The fact that you didn't supply bank statements from either sponsor is certainly not good, but with the contract and the P60, the ECO may choose to overlook it.  IMO, it could go either way, and much depends on the ECO.  But it is by no means an automatic refusal, so don't despair yet!

It's just been said that you are NOT necessarily likely to get a refusal due to the volunteering.

The more important issue is actually that you haven't included your fiance's or his father's bank statements as they are requirements for the visa application.

As historyenne said, you may get a nice ECO who overlooks the bank statements, or they may contact you to ask for them... but they may refuse the application based on the lack of bank statements (rather than the volunteering).

Yes, I understand which was my main concern. Anyway, it all depends as you said, getting a nice ECO. Lets see what happens, i will keep you posted. I havent even recieved my first e mail
Thanks for your answers

Good luck Marianne

I know how very stressful this whole thing is.

I don't think you should worry too much, not for the volunteering part at least.  People who post on here seem to be (and rightly so) very wary of others reading the forum in the future and will not say you'll be ok as it might make some poor person make the same mistake in the future.

If I had to put money on it I'd say you'll be posting here soon saying how overjoyed you are at getting your visa.

The very very best of luck to you!
