Yes ma'am, I did!  ;D I bundled everything together and completed the online app, scheduled biometrics for Thursday. I'm almost there!
August 2008: Met on Facebook
February 2009: Met face-to-face in London, UK
March 2009 - September 2011: Visits back and forth
January 30, 2012: Married in Vegas
March 19, 2012: Online Application Completed
March 22, 2012: Biometrics, Docs sent (priority)
March 23, 2012: E-mail stating reception of docs
March 26, 2012: VISA ISSUED! :D
May 14, 2012: MOVING TO SHEFFIELD!
March 17, 2014: Passed Life in the UK Test!
June 14, 2014: ILR Approved!

Thanks.  I just sent off all my docs yesterday afternoon overnight to NY.  Now, let the waiting game begin!

Exciting!  My fingers are crossed for you both.  :)  I know the waiting feels like forever, even if it's just a few days, haha.

• 08/03/12 - Biometrics; supporting documents sent (priority)
• 09/03/12 - E-mail stating reception by NY consulate
• 12/03/12 - Spouse visa issued!
• 28/05/12 - Moved to Edinburgh!

It certainly DOES feel like forever.  I just got the email stating that my docs have been opened and sorted for the ECO to look through.  I only sent them Monday, but it feels like it took forever to get that!

Approved Spousal Settlement Visa

Biometrics 20th March
Sent packet 20th March (Paid Priority)
Email that Received 21st March
No Email sent to say we are approved but Visa is granted from 22nd March
Passport returned with Visa 23rd March - We miss UPS which means an anxious wait to see if approved or refused as no email from them.
March 26th UPS redeliver and DH flies out on 27th!!!
Jan 2003 - Met Nagoya, Japan :)
Oct 2004 - I moved back to the UK. He stayed.
Dec 25th 2004 - We were engaged!!!
July 2nd 2005 - Married CofE
July 15th 2005 - I said goodbye to him at Houston.
Dec 18th - 2005 DH comes to UK to see 2 week old daughter!
Oct 17th 2006 I finally arrive in the US with baby.
July 6th 2011 ... I fly back home with kids he is staying 1 year in Texas :(
March 9th 2012: He flew over and got a job (flew back)
MARCH 22nd 2012 VISA Application in
June 12th 2012: Entered UK under Old rules!
