Ohhh, congratulations!! That is excellent news!  :D

We received an email yesterday stating that our application has been passed to an ECO. It would make sense that the two week delay was waiting for the records to arrive. One step closer to an answer!

Thank you!!! :D

I pray they send you an email with really good news!!!!!

Fiance Visa
Applied April 4, 2012 (for me and my son)
Biometrics done April 9, 2012
Mailed in to NY April 16, 2012
Email that they have the paperwork April 20, 2012
Waiting 10 days now.
Has anybody applied with a dependant before?
I would assume thats why it might be taking longer!
This waiting is killing me! But my finace and I have been waiting almost 3 years to be together!  ;D

If it eases your mind we are on day 25 and still waiting, we don't have any dependents though. The waiting does drive you loopy, i find that people on this forum are more than willing to listen to us vent when the waiting game gets overwhelming.

We got a notification from UPS to say that the supporting docs had been received in NY (For Fiance visa) but that was nearly three days ago and we still havent had the confirmatory 'we have received your stuff and are going to start processing it' email.

Is that normal?
