Still here waiting with you!

I did receive an email last week telling me there would be an additional 15 working days wait from that point. But I guess they notified me because it was supposed to be a priority application. I completely agree about the lack of communication, it makes you think about all sorts of things!

Good to hear from you Tiye-sorry you are still waiting though. Hope all goes well for you!!

Could anyone give me an estimate on how quickly they were to get in to have the biometrics done after they applied online? Congrats to all who have been approved and prayers for everyone who is still waiting.

Thank you!

Yesterday my husband received a calll from UK Border Agency asking him a couple of simple questions about his application, she told him he should hear something in about 1 weeks time.

So now i'm trying not to get excited {ok, a little bit excited}  ;D We still have to wait, but at least we know someone is dealing with it.

From my experience with the forum, most people seem to only need to wait a few days... maybe at most a week.

Remember that you can go to any centre you're able and willing to get to, so if you want to get an earlier appointment, you can see if another centre has earlier free slots.

Thank you!

I applied on a Tuesday and had my biometrics done monday. I could have had them done on Friday, but I didn't because had to work.

Congrats, Shazza. Good luck to everyone still waiting.
