Scare tactics in the Visas board
« on: July 28, 2010, 11:18:56 AM »
I'm just trying to be helpful, but recently I've noticed some heavy-handedness in the Visas and Citizenship section.  I've received a great deal of helpful advice from this website, and I really hate to scare people away.  This is a fabulous resource for people looking for information, and making folks feel criminal just encourages them to lie.  Maybe we can discuss a softer approach to some newbies?

Could you please PM me with examples of exactly what you mean by heavy handedness and by who please? Thank you. :)

Will do, and I don't mean this as anything but *hopefully* constructive criticism.  I have really appreciated all the help I've been given and all the knowledgeable people who give advice.
