I know, hon. Thanks.

I think most of us *know* what we need to do. It's just actually doing it, isn't it? Things are complicated for me by living with 2 people who need to lose weight far more than I do and just don't care at all anymore. As well as a son who is underweight. I literally have doctors telling me to ADD butter, oil, cheese, etc. to his food. They gave me a list of high cal foods for him. It inlcuded chili cheese fries. ::)

I think it's more than evident that I'm not in a great place to start any massive lifestyle change right now. I think for me, it's going to be making small changes over a period of time. My goal right now is to cut out the Coke. :)

Oh I'm the queen of knowing what I need to do then ordering a pizza, no worries there! :)

I was actually going to suggest this :) Sounds like you have WAY too much going on and too much turmoil to be really focusing on your weight right now, making a couple of small healthy choices and maintaining is probably more than most people would be able to cope with :)

Environment is so much a factor in losing weight, I was so destroyed when I lived in houseshares as it was all booze and takeaways.

So, first week gone, 2 pounds down.  I really like new program.  I  haven't had to change what I'm actually eating so much (although definitely am eating more fruit again) but rather just keep an eye on the portions.

Which of course, I could do without the WW program, but I am a lazy girl, and I like how easy it is to track online.

I really like it, but I was one of the ones that felt really restricted on the old one, and relied too much on the frozen dinners/snacks and stuff.    What's bothering you about it?

I think its just numbers and that I cant use my iphone anymore to log pts. The website used to have an old setting so it worked without flash. Tomorrow I am bunkering down and giving it my all.. I need to really boast myself back into it.

Yeah, I think there are hiccups that need to be worked out.  They probably should have tested the tech aspects more before releasing it.

I do like it though.  The points have increased for foods, but you get more per day, and you have flex points again (this I remember from the US version, although I'm sure the UK had them too at one point).  I feel like I have more freedom.

And despite having more "points", it doesn't end up being this crazy amount of food.  I don't feel like I'm overeating or anything, and that's with the flex points.
